Hidden in the mountains of Colombia, the Madrigal family lives in a village called Encanto. A mystical spell grants each family member a unique magical gift. The only one without a gift, however, is the teenager Mirabel. She tries to fit in despite her handicap. Suddenly, the family’s home is threatened, causing magic to disappear from Encanto. The ungifted 15-year-old is on her own to save her family.

Encanto is a colorful masterpiece created by Disney with a creative and gripping storyline. Little by little, the viewer is drawn into the spell of this magical world and learns about the most fascinating gifts of each family member. Technically and visually, Encanto shines with its breath-taking world, clean animations, and great effects.

Accompanied by good sense of humor and a mandatory song or two, Encanto makes for an entertaining and impressive movie experience for the whole family.
