PLEASURE is the story of Linnéa, who leaves her Swedish smalltown to work as a porn actress in Los Angeles. With her goal of becoming the next big star in the industry, she takes great risks and challenges her limits. Due to the patriarchal working environment, she soon realises that it is harder than expected to put her plan into action.

Ninja Thyberg’s brilliantly extreme debut doesn’t hold anything back and presents a dark and multi-layered portrait of an industry with its capitalist power structures as they are found across society.
