DESCRIPTION:Auch dieses Jahr zeigt der Hochschulfilmclub zusammen mit dem Fachgebiet Kunststofftechnik\, dem Fachschaftsrat Maschinenbau\, dem Studierendenrat und dem FKTI den Kultstreifen „Die Feuerzangenbowle“ in der schönen Vorweihnachtszeit.\nJeder Student kennt die Geschichte des legendären Dr. Johannes Pfeiffer (nur echt mit drei f)\, der noch einmal die Schulbank drückt. In angeheiterter Herrenrunde bei Feuerzangenbowle erzählen sich die Honoratioren von ihren Schulstreichen. Der junge Schriftsteller Pfeiffer wurde als Kind „nur“ von einem Privatlehrer unterrichtet und kann demnach bei diesen Geschichten nicht mithalten. So beschließt er eine Rückkehr an die Schule – und zwar als Schüler. Als Primaner getarnt erlebt er alles\, was zu einer richtigen Schülerkarriere gehört. Angefangen bei unzähligen Klassenbucheinträgen\, über eine schwatzhafte Zimmerwirtin\, gnadenlos bimmelnde Wecker zu unmöglichen Uhrzeiten und einsame Zeiten im Karzer bis hin zur Schülerliebe mit dem Namen Eva.\nDamit ihr dabei nicht verdursten müsst\, gibt es natürlich wieder passend zum Film echte Feuerzangenbowle.\nAber: „Jeder nor einen wönzigen Schlock“! A lifetime of haunting has left him with nothing more than a craving for something that’s not dead or eerily screaming\, something new and unknown that might fill the emptiness inside his bones. By pure chance Jack stumbles upon this “something” in the form of a strange world named Christmas Town\, a place of songs and presents so unlike his own kingdom. Ensnared by its magic\, Jack devises a plan: he will take Christmas for himself!\nI don’t think this legendary stop-motion flick needs a grand introduction (aside from maybe stressing that the film’s director is\, in fact\, not Tim Burton\, but Henry Selick. You know\, the guy who made Coraline?). This musical is a timeless classic of Christmas Storytelling\, with an art design that’s just as iconic as its beautiful soundtrack by Danny Elfman. If you got around an hour to spare\, use it to get into the holiday mood with a healthy dose of gothic-tinged festivity.
